Store Policy

Payment

1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.
2. We do NOT accept Money order, Cashier Check, Personal Checks or Company Checks. If we receive any Personal Checks or Company Checks, they will be returned to sender.
3. We do not accept payment in cash.
4. Gift cards and prepaid cards are accepted where applicable. Please retain the card until transaction is completed.

Billing Terms & Conditions

We verify all billing information provided by our customers. Please enter your billing information correctly; otherwise, your order may be delayed from processing. At times we may also be required to speak to the cardholder, please ensure that the correct information is provided on the purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Address and Handling Charges

HERSTAR.com will NOT charge any customer with hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed accordingly in the checkout page. In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address. Your order may be delayed if the wrong shipping address is provided. At times we will need to contact the customer to provide or verify the shipping address; please then ensure your best contact number is provided on your invoice. Ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct and proper shipping address is provided on the order invoice; we are not responsible for any lost packages that are caused by an incorrect shipping address provided on the invoice. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes immediately to avoid any complications or delays with your order.

Shipping Methods

Orders require 2 business days for processing (subject to conditions). Business days are justified as being Monday – Friday only.

1. 2nd Day Air (2 business days for delivery, once package leaves our warehouse).
2. Ground Shipping (5 to 7 business days for delivery, once package leaves our warehouse).
3. USPS Priority Mail (1 to 4 business days for delivery, once package leaves our warehouse)
4. FedEx (5 to 7 business days for delivery, once package leaves our warehouse)

Please note: We do NOT accept any customer's own shipping account for any order.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

Orders are to be processed within approximately two business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification/shipping address. HERSTAR.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day including air shipment. In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend for you to use the same address for both your shipping and billing address. Otherwise, your order could be subjected for verification and may be delayed. Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help to resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.

Expanded Assortment Items (pre- orders)

Processing time for items through our expanded assortment category, will depend on the manufacturing process. Pre-order items will normally take an estimated 120 days to produce. If we cannot fulfill your pre-order item, the rest of your order will be shipped first and the pre-order item will ship separately.

Return/Exchange Policy and Procedure

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Do NOT send product back to us without first contacting us. Please request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return/exchange form by emailing us at [email protected]. If you return product without a RMA number, we are not obligated to provide you with a refund. All crystal heels are exchangeable only.

NOTE: Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be paid by customer. We recommend that you insure your return or send it in a traceable method. HERSTAR.com is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Return Disclaimer

Make sure that your return/exchange is unworn, undamaged and also in its original packaging. All return items will be inspected accordingly upon receipt. Any items that does not meet our return requirements may be refused and return back to the sender. We will reserve the right to impose a restock fee of 15% in certain situations where applicable. Our return department will have sole discretion and have final decisions on returns.

Color Disclaimer

Due to the limitations of desktop scanners and the relative inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
